Noel Devine is a former American football player who played as a running back. He was born on February 16, 1988, in Fort Myers, Florida. Devine played college football for the West Virginia Mountaineers from 2007 to 2010.
Devine was considered one of the top high school football recruits in the nation and had a successful college career, rushing for over 4,300 yards and scoring 29 touchdowns during his time at West Virginia. He was known for his speed, quickness, and elusiveness on the field.
Despite his success in college, Devine went undrafted in the 2011 NFL Draft but later signed with the Philadelphia Eagles as an undrafted free agent. He also spent time with the Montreal Alouettes of the Canadian Football League.
After football, Devine faced some personal struggles but has since turned his life around and now works as a coach and mentor to young athletes. He remains a popular figure among West Virginia fans for his electrifying playing style and his contributions to the team.
