What is noel devine?

Noel Devine is a former American football player who played as a running back. He was born on February 16, 1988, in Fort Myers, Florida. Devine played college football for the West Virginia Mountaineers from 2007 to 2010.

Devine was considered one of the top high school football recruits in the nation and had a successful college career, rushing for over 4,300 yards and scoring 29 touchdowns during his time at West Virginia. He was known for his speed, quickness, and elusiveness on the field.
